Photography & Fine Art Prints:

• A4 & A3 Size are the most common sizes available 

• Larger sizes are available upon request

• Photography prints are printed on 260gsm Superior quality photo paper with a lustre finish.

• Fine Art Prints are printed on 300gsm Cotton Fine Art Paper , Acid Free, Archival quality

• Digital Art Prints are printed on 325gsm High quality Textured Paper.

• Dye Printed for superior color 

• All prints are signed 

• All care has been taken to advertise the colors as accurately as possible however printed colors may slightly differ than whats shown due to screen differences , lighting & printing factors.

• All items are carefully packaged for transit , depending on the size of your print it may be rolled for postage. If rolled you will need to lay the print flat once it arrives and place a heavy item ontop for 24 to 48 hours .

 

Print Production Times:

• All prints are made to order

• 5 business days for fine art prints and photography prints

• Longer wait times for sizes larger than A3

 

Jewellery:​

• All Jewellery pieces listed will need a final polish before being shipped.

• As these are handcrafted and with wear sometimes a wire may come loose, should this occur please don't hesitate to contact Bec and she will happily repair it for free.

• All pieces come with a small polishing pad or If you would like your piece to be cleaned and polished professionally Bec offers this service.

• Prolonged exposure to water may damage your piece.​

Copper pieces:

• If you want your piece to oxidize over time and turn hues of green & teal we recommend letting your piece naturally oxidize over time. Exposure to water, humidity and sweat will speed up this process.

• If you want to keep your metal shiny, use your polishing pad to remove any tarnish.

Silver & Gold Pieces:

• Please use the polishing pad only to clean your piece, wipe gently, harsh polishing will harm the plating .

Order Preparation & Shipping

• ALL ORDERS COME WITH TRACKING.

• Order preparation is usually 3 to 5 business days depending on what you order.

• Shipping time in Australia 3-7 days .

• International is 7 to 31 days shipping time.

• These shipping times are a guide only , we are not responsible for exact shipping times once the item has been shipped.

• If you purchase a ready made item & an item which needs to be printed we will send your order once the printed item is ready to be shipped. If you do not want to wait you will need to place separate orders.

• All shipping includes a Tracking, you will be sent a tracking number for your order that you can reference with our preferred shipping company Auspost for all shipping enquires.

• Postage Insurance is available at checkout , this covers any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any shipping losses or damage .

• All items are carefully packaged for transit , depending on the size of your print it may be rolled for postage. If rolled you will need to lay the print flat once it arrives and place a heavy item ontop for 24 to 48 hours .

• If your order is to be shipped outside Australia, be aware you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, custom fees for your country.  Bec Star  will not be responsible for any costs/customs/seizures/duties/taxes or return fees.​​

Free Local Delivery

Local Delivery available to the following areas:

- Stawell - Halls Gap - Bellfield - Great Western - Bellellen - Lake Fyans - Pomonal - Black Range - Illawara 

Local delivery occurs once a week , we will contact you to confirm a delivery day.

Returns & Refunds

• No returns or refunds on any item unless the item arrives faulty, excluding postal damage which we recommend getting insurance on postage.  

•   Faulty item returns must be pre approved within 7 days of receiving your item, please email us.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All information collected by Bec Star on this website and via PayPal/Square/Afterpay is only used for the purpose of processing your order and enhancing our customer service. How to find your ring size​

To find your ring size, you can wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and then measure the length in millimeters.

Use the ring size chart to convert this measurement to the corresponding ring size.
